Once you have received the return authorization number, please securely package the product and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
If you are requesting a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
